Pumpkin Carving

Tyler not thrilled to get his hands dirty!

Tyler concentrating on Mommy's cutting technique

Helping Daddy do the clean up carving after Mommy

all "4" of them saying "CHEESE"

The candle is lit and Tyler is happy with his Jack-o-Lantern

Tyler put his hands to the test in assisting Mommy and Daddy on carving their first pumpkin. Tyler helped Daddy clean out the inside (well, he did touch it, but only once!) I am sure you can hear him yelling "ucky" once he put his hand on the inside! Daddy had to finish the rest.
Mommy was creative with using the shapes Tyler is learning in school. She used diamonds for eyes,a triangle for his nose and squares for his teeth. Tyler was so excited!
Daddy had to clean up the carving once Mommy finished.
They were all proud of the jack-o-lantern and Tyler lead them in saying "CHEESE" while Grandma took thier picture.

Nice looking pumpkin Tyler. Did Mommy make a nice pumpkin pie with the insides? I know Grandma would have loved it!

The inside of a pumpkin is "ucky" and pumpkin pie is "ucky." But to Aunt Linda's point...Angie and I were influenced by the same person.
