Gymboree Art Class

Today Tyler had a new adventure. We attended a Gymboree Art Class. At first Tyler wanted nothing to do with it, he was ready to leave. Then his teacher, Miss Ellen, brought out the paint, and he was eager to stay! In the second picture Tyler is explaining his picture to Miss Ellen. He went on and on about the picture he created. She was all excited and thought he did a great painting and explanation of his art piece. As for me, I had no idea what he told her! Tyler had a fun time with paints, crayons, and glue sticks. He also liked wearing his paint smock! I believe he may have some of MeMa's love for crafts in him.

He looks so intent on his work doesn't he! The same with the play dough. I bet he will be crafty like his grandma!

I am impressed with the fact that Tyler got out of the Hemmert house wearing Ohio State colors. Go Buckeyes!

Zach,

As you can see it is his junk clothes. He painted all over himself and wrote Go Blue over the crappy colors!!!

Tyler called to personally tell me he wore the smock to protect the "Block O" on his white T-shirt. He said he has a fondness for The Ohio State University.
