Another Day at the Beach
Even though Daddy is in Ohio for a wedding, it didn't stop Tyler from having fun. He had another great bonding experience with Mommy, Papa and MeMa. It was a beautiful day, so we decided to go to the beach. On the drive, every time Papa took off his hat, Tyler would yell at him, "Hat On Papa". So of course, Papa put his hat back on. It was so funny because Papa doesn't like to drive with his hat on, but he did wear it driving today! We know who rules this family .... a 2 year old!
We have a number of beaches to play in close to Jacksonville. Today we went to St. Augustine Beach. The sun was hot, the water was cold, and Tyler had a great time playing with his new "fruck" in the sand and water. He was one tired little boy when we left the beach.

It is awesome that you all live so close to the beach and Tyler gets to grow up with it. It's just too bad Tyler has that Kerr/Endicott skin color. It doesn't exactly bronze very well. I assume he gets lathered in sun block lotion often. ha!
I left the Hemmert's out of the skin color issue because it seems Brent and his sister's tan pretty well. Tyler - your mommy will take the fall for any future sunburns.
Glad Tyler is enjoying the beach. Even though we live close to the beach, we haven't gone yet! I don't like the sand.
Funny, I don't like the sand either. I am starting to do a little better with it, seeing how we go every weekend. Watching Tyler enjoy playing in the sand and water makes it all better for mommy!
We used to live on the beach and I didn't go to the water but a couple of times. Pretty sad now that I think about it. Tyler needs to come visit Aunt Lisa, she's living on the beach now.
