Tired Boy

Today was another fun time at the beach. Daddy took us to Cresent Beach, which is in St. Augustine, and you can drive your vehicle on the beach. He took the top off the fruck , so we had fun on the ride there also.

Tyler thought he was so funny today when he put on Papa's shoes. He immediately walked into Papa's office to show him he could walk in the shoes as well as Papa could. Sadly, he will one day be big enough to fill those shoes. I would love to have something to sprinkle on Tyler and keep him this age!

Today Tyler had a new adventure. We attended a Gymboree Art Class. At first Tyler wanted nothing to do with it, he was ready to leave. Then his teacher, Miss Ellen, brought out the paint, and he was eager to stay! In the second picture Tyler is explaining his picture to Miss Ellen. He went on and on about the picture he created. She was all excited and thought he did a great painting and explanation of his art piece. As for me, I had no idea what he told her! Tyler had a fun time with paints, crayons, and glue sticks. He also liked wearing his paint smock! I believe he may have some of MeMa's love for crafts in him.

Today (like most days) I ask Tyler what he would like for lunch. His typical answer is always "Chicken. Fries. Coke". If you ask where he would like to get the chicken, fries and coke, he will tell you "DoToes". So today MeMa took Tyler to DoToes for lunch. He was so excited when he saw the Golden Arches! His wings (arms) started flapping and he started rattling off what he wanted to eat. We are not sure why he always ask for a coke, for he has never had a coke. Guess he hears MeMa ordering one for herself.
We all know Tyler's love for "frucks", so it is no surprise that when it is time to go bye-bye he insists on riding in daddy's fruck. This weekend, Tyler took daddy by the hand and said, "Bye-Bye in fruck." So, we took the top off and went bye-bye in the fruck. Tyler loved the wind blowing in his face. He looked just like daddy sitting in the truck; they both had their hats on and big grins on their faces. (Except when I took the picture, Tyler insisted on having his poppy, aka pacifier.) I am sure Tyler will spend a lot of time in the fruck with the top off this summer!
